1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AiyuBot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

AiyuBot provides an AI agent deployment platform that allows users to create, configure, and manage AI-powered bots across messaging platforms including Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, and Discord. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use AiyuBot, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

AiyuBot offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AiyuBot to: send spam or unsolicited messages; violate any laws or regulations; infringe on intellectual property rights; distribute malware or harmful content; harass, abuse, or threaten other users; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using AiyuBot, you consent to such processing. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. You grant AiyuBot a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

AiyuBot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AiyuBot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiyuBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
